Sichuan Qingjiang Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Xikang agricultural machinery factory, was founded in 1951.
We supply over 100 types of screw oil press but also matched equipment, like oil filter, oil cooler, oil seeds roaster and oil seeds conveyor. Modes of our screw oil presses are 6YL-76 series, capacity f which is 1-1.5tons per day,6YL-95/100 series, capacity of which is 3.5-5 tons per day; 110 series, capacity is 6-7 tons per day; 6YL-120 series, capacity is 8-10 tons per day; 6YL-130 series, capacity is 10-12 tons per day; 6YL-145 series, capacity is 13-15 tons per day; 6YL-160 series, capacity, capacity is 18-20 tons per day.
The company has long been engaged in the research, design, manufacturing of mechanical products. The plant oil pressing equipment has been started since 1961.
In the 1980s, the company has become a famous domestic oil press machinery manufacturer.
In recent years, in order to make edible vegetable oil more environmentally friendly and safer, the company has accelerated its product improvement design work, prompting the conversion of oil presses from agricultural and sideline products processing machinery to food processing machinery.
The Qingjiang brand oil press produced by the company has successively won the titles of Sichuan Province Quality Product, National Machinery Industry Ministry Quality Product, and National Machinery Industry Famous Brand Product. The predecessor of the company was the Xikang Agricultural Tool Factory, which was under the jurisdiction of the Xikang Provincial Department of Industry. It was established in 1951 and the main person in charge was the commander of a certain regiment of the 62nd Army of the People's Liberation Army (whose name is unknown, but it is reported that he later bravely sacrificed himself in leading his troops into the mountains to suppress bandits).
In 1955, the establishment of Xikang Province was abolished, and the enterprise was renamed as Sichuan Ya'an General Machinery Factory. It was successively under the jurisdiction of the Machinery Bureau of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Industry and the Ya'an Special Zone, with Hu Guoguo serving as the Party Secretary. It had more than 1300 employees and was one of the main factories in various special zones of Sichuan Province in the late 1950s.
In 1963, the enterprise was renamed as Ya'an Agricultural Machinery Factory, under the jurisdiction of Ya'an region, with Pei Sen serving as the Party Secretary.
In 1981, the company was renamed Sichuan Qingjiang Machinery Factory, which was under the jurisdiction of Ya'an City. The main leaders of the company include Zhang Mingxing (Party Secretary), Huang Chuanzhong (Factory Director), Li Xinmin (Factory Director), Yin Chaobin (Factory Director), and Du Jiankang (Party Secretary and Factory Director).
In 1994, with the approval of the Provincial Commission for Reform, Sichuan Qingjiang Machinery Factory was restructured into a state-owned asset controlled joint-stock company, named "Sichuan Qingjiang Machinery Co., Ltd.", with Du Jiankang serving as the Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager;
In the early stage of factory construction, the enterprise mainly produced agricultural machinery, spare parts, and accessories for the local area, and produced the required working mother machines for the district and township agricultural machinery stations. Later, after several changes and adjustments in production direction, in the 1960s and 1970s, it gradually shifted to mainly producing and manufacturing agricultural machinery.
Over the years, we have produced a wide variety of products, including small agricultural tools, agricultural product harvesting and processing machinery, automotive tractor internal combustion engine parts, tea oil processing machinery, small nitrogen fertilizer supporting equipment, shoe making machinery, printing machinery, metal cutting machine tools, and more than ten mechanical categories. Our main products include oil presses, 42 type water turbines, tea kneading machines, tea frying machines, feed crushers, B635, 665 cow head planers, Z25 radial drilling machines, C6132 lathes, Hongqi 36 tractor components, and semi-automatic split platform printing machines.
In 1974, the company successfully produced the Type 58 submachine gun and 40 rocket launcher according to the arrangement of its superiors. After 1980, the enterprise gradually adjusted to become a plant oil extraction equipment production enterprise with spiral oil presses as the main product.
